Andy Sojak

Andy Sojak

SERVICE MANAGER

As the Technical Service Manager and field engineer, Andy is responsible for all aspects of technical service. He is a former United States Marine with a background in numerous technical fields. Before AccuTemp, he served as the Service Manager for Intek Manufacturing and the Operations Manager for American Cook Systems. At Intek Manufacturing he played a key role in developing their service-training program, and was extensively involved in new product development. At American Cooks Systems, he was responsible for developing their service department and manufacturing process. Andy’s experiences in the ever changing commercial cooking industry brings a valuable resource to the service team and AccuTemp as a whole.

JEFF JAMES

JEFF JAMES

Technical Service Manager

Jeff started at AccuTemp with a healthy mix of Customer Service and Technical experience. He was one of the first to attend Ivy Tech/Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics for aviation maintenance and spent the last three years as a CNC machinist. Prior to that he worked in customer service for Fort Wayne Community Schools. Outside of work Jeff loves to travel, he has been to 40/50 states and hopes to see the remaining states in the coming years.

Field Technician & Training Specialist

AJay has 10+ years’ experience in a variety of technical positions and customer service. He is an expert problem solver, happy to provide the support you need.

His technical background includes electrical trades, energy technology and industrial maintenance, appliance repair, and small electronics repair. He also has a healthy background in automotive repair and performance modification. His hobbies include camping with his family, Off roading, biking, and kayaking.

Parts Specialist III

Mike joined AccuTemp Products in 2019 as our Customer Care Specialist. He is responsible for answering all customer questions/concerns regarding their company’s products, policies, and services. Mike is extremely proficient in relevant computer applications and is very proud to be a part of the AccuTemp Production Team. Mike is great at multitasking and has great interpersonal communication skills when communicating with his clients. Before working at AccuTemp, Mike was part of the United States Air Force / Indiana Air National Guard from 1989 to 1999 as a 7 Level Air Traffic Controller at Grissom AFB, Peru, IN. part of the Indiana 235th ATC Flight. He has done military tours in Honduras Central America, Panama Central America and Columbia South America. He has also travelled thru Europe, New Zealand and Australia. He became a Construction Equipment Parts Technician / Manager in 1997 and has over 20 years in the construction equipment parts industry.  If you have any questions, feel free to call Mike for any questions regarding all your AccuTemp product parts!

Jeremy graduated from Ivy Tech with a degree in Computer Science / Networking.  He has been in or around the Fort Wayne area much of his life.

 Jeremy hobbies include golfing, fishing, going to sporting events, being at the range and enjoying time at the lake with family and friends

TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I

Having a background with over 10+ years of customer service and customer care, Nathan started at AccuTemp with quite a bit of customer service and technical computer experience. Prior to work at AccuTemp, Nathan was a Remote Team Lead handling the Emergency Broadband benefit, and Affordable Connectivity Program leading by example and helping every customer and agent he could. His hobbies include drawing, traveling, spending time with friends and family.

TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I

Stephen is an experienced professional with expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, thriving in fast-paced environments with a focus on exceptional customer service and process improvement. He served as a Hull Crew Supervisor in the U.S. Navy (1985–1990), managing submarine maintenance teams, optimizing workflows, and mentoring crew members. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice and certification as an Electronic Technician from Westlake Institute of Technology. He volunteers in electrical, plumbing, tiling, and landscaping projects, plays guitar for church ministry, and is a proud fur-father to five cocker spaniels.

Ashley Aasen joined AccuTemp in August 2024 as an Installation Coordinator. Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Ashley moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana, during high school and enlisted in the U.S. military after graduation. As a veteran and former Staff Sergeant with six years of service, Ashley developed strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence. With an Associate’s degree in Maintenance Management Production and a well-rounded background in customer service, hospitality, and military service, Ashley brings proven leadership, dedication, and expertise to the AccuTemp team.

Technical Service Representative I

With a few dashes of technical background and a few hints of customer service, Evan completes the recipe to our Accutemp Service Team. Evan has an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and a background in trade skills, electronic repair, and automotive. His hobbies include gaming, kayaking, wood working, robotics, and like every dad, chasing after his kid.
