As Service Manager, Andy is responsible for all aspects of technical service. He is a former United States Marine with a background in numerous technical fields. His military training helps him approach problems with discipline and precision.
Experience in Commercial Cooking Industry
Before AccuTemp, Andy served as the Service Manager for Intek Manufacturing and the Operations Manager for American Cook Systems. At Intek Manufacturing, he played a key role in developing their service training program. He was also extensively involved in new product development.
Building Service Departments and Processes
At American Cook Systems, Andy was responsible for developing their service department and manufacturing process. This experience taught him how to build effective service operations from the ground up.
