Meet Kenny: AccuTemp’s Culinary Expert
Kenny joined AccuTemp in 2007. He was professionally trained as a chef at Walnut Hill Culinary School. His culinary career started as the corporate line chef for Houlihan’s in Philadelphia and New Jersey.
Building Experience Across the Country
Kenny then moved to Florida to further his career as a sous chef with Tommy Bahama Café. In 1999, Kenny moved to Fort Wayne. He has been the executive chef for The Oyster Bar, Opus 24, and Orchard Ridge Country Club.
Award-Winning Chef
Kenny won the People’s Choice Award for Best Chef of Fort Wayne in 2003 and 2004. He also won the Chefs on Stage competition in 2004. His culinary skills and food service experience give him a unique understanding of what chefs need from their equipment.
