Lanna joined AccuTemp in August 2023 as our Administrative Coordinator. She brings solid business skills with an associate degree in business management. She has been working in customer service and management roles since 2005.

Before coming to AccuTemp, Lanna worked for a communications company for 12 years. She handled many different jobs there. This included customer service, taking escalated customer complaints, and analyzing customer accounts. She also worked closely with the executive team.
