Military Leadership and Service
Larissa is a veteran of the United States Navy as a former 2nd Class Petty Officer with 4 years of service. She was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal in 2023 for over 500 hours of corrective and preventative maintenance through her ships Board of Inspection and Survey Assessment. Her background in department coordination and attention to detail aid her in identifying the source of equipment issues swiftly.
Diverse Work Background
Larissa has worked as a traveling service technician in Florida and as a customer support specialist here in Indiana since getting out of the Navy. This combination of roles gives her the perspective of the customer and as the on site technician, helping her to smooth out the process of repair and troubleshooting while ensuring the up most care for the customer.
Hobbies and Family
Larissa now enjoys her time outside of work playing video games, reading, and spending time with her disabled American Bulldog, Tia. She loves problem solving and handling challenges.
