Meet Mike: Customer Care Specialist
Mike joined AccuTemp Products in 2019 as our Customer Care Specialist. He is responsible for answering all customer questions and concerns about AccuTemp’s products, policies, and services. Mike is extremely proficient in relevant computer applications and is very proud to be part of the AccuTemp Production Team.
Strong Communication and Military Background
Mike is great at multitasking and has excellent interpersonal communication skills when working with clients. Before working at AccuTemp, Mike was part of the United States Air Force and Indiana Air National Guard from 1989 to 1999. He served as a 7 Level Air Traffic Controller at Grissom AFB, Peru, IN, as part of the Indiana 235th ATC Flight.
Extensive Travel and Construction Equipment Experience
Mike has done military tours in Honduras, Panama, and Colombia. He has also traveled through Europe, New Zealand and Australia. He became a Construction Equipment Parts Technician and Manager in 1997 and has over 20 years in the construction equipment parts industry.
