Kenny joined AccuTemp in 2007. He was professionally trained as a chef from Walnut Hill Culinary School. His culinary career started as the corporate line chef for Houlihan’s in Philadelphia and New Jersey. Kenny then moved to Florida to further his career as a sous chef with Tommy Bahamas Café. In 1999, Kenny moved to Fort Wayne, and has been the executive chef for The Oyster Bar, Opus 24, and Orchard Ridge Country Club. He won the People’s Choice Award for Best Chef of Fort Wayne in 2003 and 2004, and also won the Chefs on Stage competition in 2004. His culinary skills as well as his food service experience give him a unique perspective in our industry.
